Worst update yet, doesnt work

This PGA Mobile app seems to be updated at every turn, way more than any other app on my iPad. Could live with that but this latest update wont even open. Great job designers! NOT. Id warn you other users to not update this app but the clowns that design it wont let you use an older and functional version. So I guess were all screwed.
